Welcome to our events page. Here you can view past and upcoming events sponsored and attended by the Arnold Law Firm. In addition, The Arnold Law Firm has started a program called Saving the Dogs One at a Time. This program helps abandoned and abused dogs get healthy, happy and hopefully find new homes. We began this program because we fell in love with a dog named Patrick. Patrick's story touched us so deeply that we decided to select a dog every month - our "Mutt of the Month." During that particular month, we raise as much money as we can to purchase a gift card or send a care package. WARNING! Although the pictures in our site represent the true brutality of some humans, these pictures are graphic in nature. During the month of February, the Arnold Law Firm donated $100 to the Placer County SPCA. The donation sponsored an ad in a local paper for Rue, a shelter dog, in the Valentine’s Day weekend event. Thankfully Rue was adopted; however, there are other dogs and cats available for adoption through the Placer County SPCA. To find your companion, please visit www.placerspca.org. A New Hope Animal Foundation is a local non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the welfare of all animals and to ensure their safety and well being. Recently, A New Hope took in two momma dogs along with their puppies. Needless to say, they are in desperate need of help. The Arnold Law Firm has donated a $60 gift card to Petsmart to help purchase milk to feed the puppies. The story below was writen by ALF employee DeeAnne Bagley. DeeAnne is head of the Mutts team in our firm. See DeeAnne's page to read more about DeeAnne's hard work. Note from DeeAnne Bagley:As you may or may not know, I volunteer at the Placer County SPCA. This weekend I found out they are low on peanut butter. The dogs are given Kongs everyday filled with frozen peanut butter. I was hoping that instead of choosing one dog for the month, we can help the entire shelter. Also, as training tools the dogs are given non-fat or low-fat hot dogs when they complete a command. These hot dogs are extremely helpful in teaching the dogs to sit, come, watch me, and heel. Below are animals that are currently available for adoption.
